1. Business Identity & Client Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions govern all services offered by IchangeWithin, operated by Irina Albulescu, PhD.

Age Restriction: Individual services and 1:1 programmes are provided exclusively to adults aged 18 years or older. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Scope of Practice & Prescribed Medication

Services provided by IchangeWithin constitute complementary therapeutic and coaching methodologies. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or clinical mental health care.

If you are currently under psychiatric care, diagnosed with a clinical psychological condition, or taking relevant prescribed psychoactive medications, a suitability assessment will be conducted prior to starting sessions. You may be requested to confirm that your treating medical specialist has no objections to your participation in hypnotherapy.

3. Free Calls & Service Outcomes

The 20-minute Free Clarity Call is an exploratory, non-binding consultation to discuss your goals and service options. It does not constitute a therapeutic intervention.

Outcomes Disclaimer: Individual results vary depending on personal engagement, baseline circumstances, and receptivity. Specific psychological or emotional outcomes are not guaranteed.

Personal History Exploration Disclaimer: In Personal History Exploration sessions and workshops, memories, themes, and family dynamics discussed represent personal reflections and subjective interpretations rather than verified objective historical facts.

4. 1:1 Session Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Individual sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled via email or booking link with at least 24 hours' advance notice.

• Notice > 24 Hours: Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
• Notice < 24 Hours or No-Show: The full session fee (100%) is forfeited or billed, as time and online room allocation are reserved exclusively for you.
• Cancellation by Practitioner: If a session must be cancelled by Irina Albulescu, PhD due to illness or emergency, you will be offered immediate rescheduling or a full refund for that session.

5. Pricing, Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Applicable VAT treatment (21% BTW for private individual services or B2B arrangements) and total fees are clearly disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

Payment Due Date: Payment for single sessions, audio recordings, or programme packages is due prior to the intake consultation or delivery of custom materials.

Unused Package Sessions: If a client elects to terminate a multi-session programme (such as Personal History Exploration) prior to completion, completed sessions are recalculated at the standard single-session rate (€325/session), and any remaining unused balance is refunded minus a €50 administrative fee.

6. Group Workshop Terms

For organizational and group workshops, terms are finalized in a written proposal prior to event execution:

• Organizer Cancellation: Cancellations made by the organizer within 14 days of the scheduled event incur a 50% fee; cancellations within 7 days incur a 100% fee plus any non-recoverable venue or travel costs.
• Participant Numbers & Venue: The organizer is responsible for providing a suitable venue, technical equipment, and managing participant registration.
• Practitioner Inability: In the unlikely event of practitioner illness or force majeure, the workshop will be rescheduled or all workshop fees fully refunded.

7. Custom Audio Delivery & Safe Listening Rules

Personalised hypnotic audio recordings are delivered digitally (MP3 format) within 7 business days following the intake conversation. Download links remain active for 30 days; clients are responsible for saving a local backup copy.

8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

Under EU Consumer Law, distance contracts carry a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, specific rules apply based on service nature:

• Services Scheduled Within 14 Days: By requesting a session to take place within the 14-day cooling-off period, you explicitly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
• Custom Hypnotic Audio Recordings: Custom recordings are personalized digital goods made to your individual specifications. Under Dutch Consumer Law (Art. 6:230o BW), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once creation of custom digital audio content has commenced with your explicit consent.

9. Complaints & Professional Governance

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please discuss your concerns directly with me so we can find a constructive solution.
